Ordering – (We make it easy for you):
Orders can be made via the website or over the phone by calling 02 4200 8469

We accept all major credit card payments by VISA or MasterCard along with payment via PayPal. Payments are made via secure online facility.

For phone orders we also accept personal cheques or money order payments by mail along with direct deposit payments.

Orders paid by personal or business cheque will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared our bank, usually within 5 to 7 days after we receive it. We charge a $30 service fee for any cheques returned for insufficient funds.

Purchases from the www.cooltechpumps.com.au website are via our banking partner (CBA) http://www.commonbank.com.au/. Terms and conditions will apply based on our merchant supplier. We would advise you to read the terms and conditions applicable to their site prior to your purchase. www.cooltechpumps.com.au has no control over the terms and conditions and or content of third party sites.

Foreign Orders: – ‘Orders from outside Australia’, are NOT catered for.

We DO NOT keep your credit card information on file. This is a security measure to protect you and us. If these options don’t suit feel free to call us on 02 4200 8469 to discuss alternatives. Once your order has been charged, we delete your credit card information from our system.

Order Fulfilment:
We maintain a comprehensive inventory of items in stock and strive to ship all orders within one business day of your order being received and payment made. We don’t ship orders on weekends or public holidays unless specifically requested. Additional charges will apply for orders that are shipped during these times.

Backorders: In some cases, we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. In such cases, we will either hold your entire order for a few days until the item is in stock, or we may ship a partial order and then send the back ordered items separately when they become available. If we ship a partial order, your credit card will be charged in full at the time of first shipment. If your order will be delayed more than 5 business days, we will let you know the expected shipment date by e-mail.

We ship most orders Australia wide via a number of large domestic freight companies.

Shipping:
Cool Tech Pumps use third party contractors to deliver its products to our customers. Whilst we will do our very best to meet the prices and timeframes listed on our website, ultimately the delivery of our products are out of our control. It should also be noted that special delivery requests may also alter delivery prices and timeframes.

Therefore the prices and timeframes listed on our website should be used as a guide only. If you would like more specific information on how long your delivery will take, feel free to contact us.

Expedited Shipping:
If you “just have to have it,” we can arrange overnight shipping at an additional expense. Just let us know your needs either by email or in the “comments” section during checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:
If a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable or incorrect, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address. We will contact you to obtain a correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge. If you choose not to have the order delivered again, we will refund your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and all incumbent shipping costs incurred by Cool Tech Pumps. If a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund your purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and all incumbent shipping costs incurred by Cool Tech Pumps. We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.

Returns:
Most items may be returned if they are deemed by a Cool Tech Pumps representative to be in unused condition and in a saleable state within 14 days of purchase, subject to the terms below. Stock specials or sales item cannot be returned so please take special care when selecting these products.

A 10% restocking fee will be required and all return delivery expense will be paid by the purchaser. Please email us at enquiry@cooltechpumps.com.au before returning any merchandise!

General Exchange:
Only items in new or unused condition will be accepted for an exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as your original purchase.

Fast Shipping

Consistent with our Customer Service Policy, Cool Tech Pumps wish to maintain the highest standard of service when delivering our pumping products to our customers. We recognise the importance of timely delivery of our products and understand that each of our customers have differing delivery requirements.

Due to this we have established a ‘direct to consumer’ distribution model that allows us to ship our products throughout Australia in a timely manner.
